Requirement # 1

Location: NJ

Rate: DOE

Duration: 6Months

Project Manager

. Responsible/accountable for project completion within agreed schedule, to the correct technical specification (i.e. defined to meet business requirements), and within the approved budget

. Produces/distributes project status reports to Project Team,

Management, Steering Committee, PMO and Program Manager

. Responsible and accountable for the overall coordination and management activities for the entire software development lifecycle

. Tailors SDLC for project in terms of appropriateness considering planning, schedule and resources

. Accountable for product/service under development within the scope of the project

. Obtains resource commitments, assembles team and conducts regular project review sessions

. Works with functional areas to form project team

. May define and publish Project Charter to team and stakeholders

. Responsible for coordinating project plan creation; breaking down activities into tasks for detailed scheduling

. Reviews, updates and re-baselines the project plan and schedule

. Ensures significant task variances are promptly identified/reported, and actions taken to minimize impact

. Continuously manages/monitors project plan and schedule, monitoring dependencies and risks

. Develops action plan to resolve and manage risk, assesses criticality, and business impact with the Business

. Works with Business and Business Analyst to review and analyze requirements and functional specifications; ensures their completeness and accuracy

. Responsible for adhering to Security, Data, Architectural, and

Technology standards

. Manages Building Permit and Pre-Construction Review

. Ensures completion of or modification to Business SLA working with all stakeholders

. Develops monitoring/reporting strategy for Business SLA in conjunction with Business and Maintenance and Enhancement team; moves monitoring and reporting to Maintenance and Enhancement team during Warranty

. Responsible for collecting, tracking, managing, and resolving project issues and Manages change requests

. Maintains a repository of all project information including documentation and review & approval notification. Onshore development model

Onshore Project Manager

Ensures provision of deliverables to the offshore team in accordance with agreed criteria

Keeps the Offshore Project Manager informed of any issues/developments that may impact development scope, schedule, budgets etc.

Participates in the joint structures set up between the Onshore and

Offshore teams for managing Scope and Issues, and for managing expectations with respect to variations in baseline activities

Identifies appropriate onshore/offshore team signatories for review and sign-off of deliverables

Coordinates signoff for offshore deliverables

Requirement # 2

Sr. Network Architect Lead

Location: NJ - need within 45 minutes drive
Duration: 4 month contract to hire? US cit or Green card holder
Rate: $55

5 years of experience and possess a solid knowledge of networking technologies, a current CCNP, CCDP or higher Cisco certification level.
Unix/Linux expertise a must.
Cisco Works and HP Open View must
CCSP, MCSE/Active Directory a plus.
The position focuses on hands-on work on the company?s Cisco based network infrastructure, from advanced configuration of a variety of layer 1-7 products, security,  to maintenance and troubleshooting. The Senior Network Architect leads a team of network engineers.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years designing, configuring and integrating network components, supporting server connectivity in a variety of platforms including Windows, Linux and Unix, security devices (VPN, IDS/IPS, Firewalls), overall routing and switching, in the LAN and WAN.
Additional duties include network management, (Cisco Works and HP Open View), effective documentation and reporting, data and packet analysis.
Knowledge of IP telephony including QOS technologies, MPLS etc. a plus.
