Orcas is the next version of Visual studio.

Silverlight is a cross-browser, cross-platform plug-in for
delivering
the next generation of media experiences and rich
interactive
applications (RIAs) for the Web.

ORCAS :
=======
(i) Its a tool to develop .NET 3.0/3.5 projects like WCF,WF,
Web
app,Windows app, WPF/E etc targeting vista platform..in
simple term
its a next updated release of Visual studio 2005 for
supporting
new .NET language. As of now beta 1 is out and by mid of
2007 we can
expect the full version.
(ii) Its an editor for future .NET languages

Silveright:
=======
(i) Silver light is nothing but WPF/E and it be developed
using Orcas
edior or any XAML pad, notepad etc
(ii) It is just a technology and languauge to buid a cross
browser
supported pages using XAML and also we can say competitor
for Flash ;)
