How i  can t Asychronusly  get and save data  on winform  . Some one toldme about BackgroundWorker Control in vs2005 . but i have no Idea . So plz someone send me a code or link to find out it details.


And i also want to know about ;  DevExpres Grid Third party control .


how can i use it and is licence key is necessary to use this .

If you want to know about background worker and other
controls , you
can download
the samples from microsoft.

For example you can dowload vb101 samples (For VB.NET) 
which has and
overview of all controls

Go through the above site carefully , you will be having
