Capitalization in Titles (EN8)

Edit/Preferences/Change Case
I never had much luck with this feature, and prefer to have
my output style
leave titles "as is" (as are?) and do it
manually... but then again, I'm a
control freak...

States" and "African
American" capitalized in my title. I have it
capitalized in the reference
but it gets formatted all lower case. I know it's a simple
solution, but I
can't find it in the EN8 book
