I'm having a strange problem with a particular journal that
appears on
EndNotes packaged journal term list. Two of the journals
that appear on
the list are similar: Foot and Ankle International and Foot
and Ankle.
When I start typing "Foot and..." in the journal
line, the journal tries
to complete it as "Foot and Ankle International."
Wanting just "Foot and
Ankle," I delete the International part, but the
"Foot and Ankle"
portion appears red, meaning it's not recognized from the
journal terms
list. This causes a problem when making a reference list
requiring the
journal's abbreviated form because EndNote doesn't recognize
the journal
on the term list, so it can't substitute in the
abbreviation. I've
checked all the spellings and tried everything I can think
of to get it
to work right. I've had this problem in both version 8 and
version X
(didn't use version 9). Any ideas?
