Endnote X Upgrade Problem?

Hi,

I've just upgraded from Endnote v9 to Endnote X, but I'm
having a
problem with a document/library that I was creating before
and after the
upgrade.  Now when I  format my references they are
incorrect.  The
formatted reference appears to be the reference that is two
references
ahead in the document.  The temporary citations refer to the
correct
references but the formatted ones don't.  Even when I toggle
the field
codes on in Word the reference in the code is for the
correct reference.
I'm running Windows XP with MS Word 2003 and Endnote X (Bld
2114).
