Nathalie,
You couldn't have been using EN8 with Word 2004, so this is
a new Word
install, right? Check that Visual Basic was fully and
correctly
installed--the surest way is probably to re-install from the
Office CD
doing a "Full" install. Then make sure the CWYW
plugin is in the
Office/Startup/Word folder.
