I understand that the EndNote Chicago 15th A output style
(footnotes for
citations) doesn't include a citation definition. I am
sending an essay
for consideration to a journal that requires the use of
Chicago 14th or
15th.
Has anyone set up an output style file for Chicago 14th or
15th that
includes a citation definition (footnotes)? Or can you
recommend a fix
for this problem that will allow me to use EndNote to format
my article?
Thanks!
