To insert a citation using Chicago 14 or Chicago 15:
In Word, use the command
Insert Reference Footnote to insert a footnote (not an
end-of-document-note). The appropriate number appears in
text as a
superscript and again at the bottom of the page. At that
point (in the
footnote text at the bottom of the page), insert the
citation. The
in-text citation from Chicago appears at the bottom of the
page and the
full bibliographic listing appears in order at the end of
the document.
The Uni Qld library site has good instructions (it's an
excellent site,
thanks)

ps I have tried sending this before, but it doesn't seem to
end up on
list.
