chapters in edited books in repeated citations

I doubt you can do what you want in EN.

Repeated citations are covered in the manual on pp. 450-452.
The problem
is that what you have are not two repeated citations -- the
former is an
Edited Book, the latter is a Book Section; the repeated data
is in the
primary title field in the former instance, and in the
secondary title
field in the latter.

IMHO, there's nothing to do but fix this kind of problem
manually in the
word processor, after the paper's final format.
