If you're trying to import a formatted citation (which is
what you
appear have there) into ENX, you're not looking for a
filter. You're
looking for an application capable of unscrambling the
scrambled eggs
-- i.e., parse text to extract refs. Search the list
archives for Dec
2006/Jan 2007, the subject has been discussed quite a bit.
