Importing from Scopus

I work with Endnote 9 and have colleagues that work with
version X. We
import from Scopus using the RIS format and either save the
RIS-file for
later import or import directly into an existing
EndNote-library. Works
fine.

However, one colleauge always get a message asking for an
import filter.
When he select the filter "Reference Manager
(RIS)" nothing happens.

I searched old postings and checked the faqs. There is a
mentioning of
problems with Internet Explorer
(h
ttp://www.endnote.com/support/faqs/Import/faq2.asp) but
since we all
use it I cannot see that this is the problem. Also checked
the Scopus
website without finding any help.

Anyone recognize the problem or, even better, has a solution
or a
general idea where to look further?
