Two reference lists?

I am writing an article and a supplement with two separate
reference lists 
at the end of
each part. How do I make endnote understand that these are
distinct and 
should be numbered
separately? I do not want to split the text into two Word
files.
I would in fact ideally want to refer to main body
references from the 
supplement and have
a special annotation added like this:
[see main body ref. XX]
or similar. Is there a way to do this?
