Is there a way to build Word's Styles into an output style?

I'm using Endnote X on Windows XP. I'm wondering if there is
a way to
make it so that when I insert a citation, the text in the
bib itself
takes on particular Styles. Right now, our bibs are
formatted as two
entities (the [author year] bit and the bib entry itself).
These two
bits are separated by a paragraph tag. I'd like to make it
easy to be
able to format each of those lines to use a particular Word
Style and
have that happen automatically when I insert the citation. 

Is that possible?
