Ampersand Bug

If a string containing the character "&"
(ampersand) is entered in the
Library Toolbar's Search Library box and a search initiated,
EndNote
abruptly terminates, leaving behind the following line in
the console
log:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 's'

(This does not happen with the Search References command.)

Can anyone duplicate this behaviour?
