All:
I'm trying to help a graduate student with the
_International Journal of
Epidemiology_ output style. This is a numbered style that
wants the
citation numbers in the bibliography superscripted, followed
without a
space with the beginning of the citation. If the citation
continues to
following lines, the style wants the subsequent lines flush
with the text
in the first line, i.e. it expects a very slight indention.
I've tried to make the style do this without success. It
produces a
bibliography with the superscripted numbers, but in
citations going to
more than one line, text is left-aligned, making the second
and subsequent
lines of text go farther to the left than the first line.
Any ideas?
