Further to my message: a workaround solution was to insert a
space
between "Britain" and "TM", and I got
the desired output, but I also
have a space between the words in my bibliography...

Thanks Steve:
This tip on adding words via Change Case worked for most
references.
However, one did not change - where I have "TM" in
superscript.
Here is the reference as entered: BritainTM : renewing our
identity (the
TM is capitalized).
Here is my output: Leonard, Mark. 1997. Britaintm : Renewing
Our
Identity. bond: Demos. (the TM is NOT capitalized).
Any thoughts on how to fix this?
Best,
Richard

Hi,
In Endnote, with your library open, go to the option on the
menu, Edit
-> preferences. In this option there is a selection about
halfway down,
"Cahnge Case". Select this and a box should appear
on the right. Enter
the words you want capitalised (in caps) and click on add.
Hopefully
this will fix this. If you get a change when you put them in
a document,
you may need to change a setting in the output styles. if
this is the
case feel free to get back to us, or pop in and see us (if
feasible) and
someone can show you how to do this.
