You can change sort order by editing the output style and
selecting
Citations/Sort Order. If you always want a particular order
(say date
order) then you can select Year + Author or make up your
own. If the
sort order varies from place to place in your document then
select Don't
Sort and ensure that all your citations are in the order you
want.
