Hello all.
I'm curious about your various organization strategies with
EndNote.
The newest version of EN, of course, provides for
"Groups", which do
help with the ease of quickly segregating various references
inside one
library.
However, I still tend to use separate library files for
research topics,
even if they are slightly related.
For example, I have an ongoing project related to Sufism in
Islam.
Additionally, I have an project regarding Islamic
literature.
I have, at times, been tempted to keep all of these in the
same library
and use the "Groups" feature to separate those
references which are
related to each of those.
In the end, I've still stayed with separate files
(libraries).
So...
What is your organizational "style" or strategy?
Is the 'groups' feature best used for small sets of
resources, but still
within separate files for each basic research collection?
Opinions?
