The help file provides this information on authors of this
type - under
Corporate Authors(additional tip, if there is a comma in the
name, put
in two commas):

Corporate Authors
When entering corporate authors, put a comma after the name:

 U.S. Department of Agriculture,

 Apple Computer Inc.,

Be sure that commas do not appear within the name, because
all text
before the comma is interpreted as a last name.

Subject: Problem with author of report

Good morning all

I have been playing a bit more with EndNote and have hit a
bit of a
brick wall with regard to citations. I have the following
report
referenced within EndNote -

Major Incident Investigation Board (2006) Buncefield Major
Incident
Investigation - Initial Report to the Health and Safety
Commission and
the Environment Agency of the investigation into the
explosions and
fires at the Buncefield oil storage and transfer depot,
Hemel Hempstead,
on 11 December 2005. bond, Health and Safety Executive.

When I cite the above reference into Word I end up with a
citation that
looks like this - (Board, 2006) instead of (Major Incident
Investigation
Board)

and a reference that looks like this -

BOARD, M. I. I. (2006) Buncefield Major Incident
Investigation - Initial
Report to the Health and Safety Commission and the
Environment Agency of
the investigation into the explosions and fires at the
Buncefield oil
storage and transfer depot, Hemel Hempstead, on 11 December
2005.
bond, Health and Safety Executive.

I have entered "Major Incident Investigation
Board" as the author but
keep getting "Board, M.I.I." I have had this
happen with a few other
reports etc as well where a specific author doesn't exist
but I have
entered a company or department as the author. Am I
incorrectly
assuming that the company or organisation should be entered
as the
author and is there a way to force EndNote to cite the
report in the
manner I require?

Thanks

Mark
