How do you enter variants for author names using the author
terms list?
Is this the best way to handle multiple versions of the same
author
name?
The Journals terms list seems more intuitive because you can
enter
variants in different cells. For the authors terms list,
however, you
only have one big text box with no further instructions on
whether all
variants should be entered in the same place and how they
should be
separated (e.g., using commas, semi-colons?). Information
for using the
authors terms list is vague in the help manual.
