Dear Barbara,
The three Chicago styles are Chicago 15th A, Chicago 15B,
and Chicago
Review (a journal, NOT the Chicago Manual of Style).
Chicago 15th A includes formatting for a bibliography,
footnotes, and
in-text citations; Chicago 15th B does not include
footnotes.
Chicago 15th A is the style you want to use. If the in-text
citations
are not appearing properly, you can adjust this by going
into
Edit>Output
Styles>Edit Chicago 15th A, and then putting in the
correct data into
Styles>the
Citations>Template section of that dialog.
Drop another note if you have problems making it work.
