PubMed Central Import filter or Connection file

Has anyone developed a PubMed Central Import filter or
Connection file
they are willing to share? I need to retrieve PMC ID's.

I use EndNote X1 (Mac & Windows), X (Mac & Windows),
9 (Windows).
