Thanks - but that's not the problem. The problem arises
when, in Word,
students use the Find Citation command in the EndNote Web
CWYW toolbar
or menu. EndNote Web asks them to authenticate by entering
their email
address and password, spends ages thinking about it, and
then asks them
to do it again, and again, and again... They have no problem
accessing
their EndNote Web library from the same computer. And all
the other CWYW
functions in the Word plug-in work OK. So it seems to be
something about
the authentication process that's not working or getting
blocked in some
way.
