BUT wouldn't it be even better if the software was so good
and the HELP
was so efficient that people didn't need to keep asking
questions about
how to get it to do things. Now there's a challenge for the
producers.

It is so easy to scan emails. I don't object to Thomson
providing a good
searchable interface so people can search for answers to
issues, or for
blog options if people like that, but I do not have time for
blogs,
wikis and the like.
