Request for help with CWYW and output styles in Endnote X

Dear colleagues,

One of our students reported the following error which we
couldn't solve out:

Here is the full story!
She has exported to her old library (which had already
references) the references she had in a word document (using
Export travelling library command).
She had previously changed her output style in Endnote to
show the journals in an abbreviated form
That style is correctly applied in Endnote preview (all
references - old and new - have the journals in an
abbreviated form)
That style is not correctly applied in MS Word CWYW (the old
references appear with the journal in an abbreviated form;
the new ones, don't)
She is using Windows XP and Office 93 with Endnote X.

Can anyone help?
