Absolutely. Select the references you want to edit the
keywords of, Show
only those references you want to edit (references>show
selected
references if it wasn't the result of a search) then choose
References >
Change and move fields, select the "Keywords"
field from the drop down
and select what kind of insert you want (before, after, etc)
and the
word and if you want it to be followed or preceded by a
carriage return
(using insert special button). It will ask if you are sure
(and tells
you where it will be inserted and into how many records- a
good thing to
look at if you forgot to hide the rest of your library or to
change the
default from the useless Author field!)

Subject: Adding keywords
Hi,
I would like to know whether a keyword can be added
'globally' to a
selection of references. If this is possible, how does one
do it? Thanks
for your help.
