Field codes problems and EndNote 9

After updating the styles in EndNote 9 I began to see the
field codes too.
After several tries at other fixes, I reverted back to the
earlier style (I
always backup styles in case some custom codes are needed)
before the
update, and viola, the field codes disappeared.
