EndNote 7 error - Unexpected end of file

Hi,

I have a user who is having problems opening a particular
file in Endnote 7 on a PC using Windows XP Professional.
Every time he attempts to open the file, 75 of 200
references load up before an error message appears saying
'Unexpected end of file' - OK. Clicking on the OK doesn't
get rid of the pop up however and the only way out forcing
Endnote to shutdown via CTRL-ALT_DEL.

I've tried opening the file on my PC and the same thing
happens. Has anyone come across this before?
