Thread: unable to install new scripts

unable to install new scripts

Hi Hemal,

This error is usually caused by a missing greasemonkey
configuration
file or gm_scripts directory.
Please go to your firefox profile directory (on windows
something like
c:Documents and Settings<user>Application
DataMozillaFirefoxProfiles13rzw4zp.default ), and
confirm you have
a "gm_scripts" directory and a config.xml file in
the directory. If
these are absent, just create empty files, hopefully this
will fix the
problem.

Gareth.

However, the "Install

Thanks for all the help. Its all working now.

Turned out it wasn't some other extension but something in
the
gm_scripts directory that was not letting new scripts
install. I had
the folder but I replaced it with an empty folder and then
new scripts
started installing.

I still need to figure out what it is in the old directory
that is
breaking install, but thanks for all the help.
