gm 0.6.4 on firefox 1.5.0.1 and password composer: not working

password composer is installed (and I've even reinstalled
it) but it
never comes up with the nice little entry box.

The password composer user script command doesn't appear in
the tools
menu either.

Is this a general thing? Are other people having this
problem?
