Well you really can't delete this option but you can disable it which
is about the same thing. (It takes it out of the right click menu)
First open IE and then right click anywhere, goto "ieSpell options",
then click the "others" tab. There you should see a check next
to "Show items in INTERNET Explorer's right click menu" uncheck it
(just click on the check mark) then click the "OK" button. Close the
browser and you done. Now the next time you open IE and right click
that option will no longer be in the right click menu.
