jScrollPane - maintainPosition:true

i can't find any examples wherein this works..

i'm using treeview to expand ul's and li's.. i set a toggle
function
for my treeview, and i can reinitialize my .jScrollPane
after my items
expand/collapse, but i can't maintainPosition.. the
scrollbar position
resets to the top..

it doesn't appear to be working in the #pane4 example
