Slider component?

Hello. I need a simple slider/scrollbar component, similar
to CFSLIDER but it ideally needs to provide a value without
submitting a form (ie: with an onchange and/or onblur
function call), and it can't really use Flash/Flex - I need
a HTML-based solution.

Does anyone here have any suggestions or recommendations for
such a component?

Walter Zorn has a great Drag/Drop script that allows dynamic
moving, cloning, resizing, etc, of images, and also has the
ability to turn any image into a slider.  Check it out:
