By a happy coincidence, the next message in my mailbox after

Esposito's booby-trap comment about regulating Google as a
public
utility was the following message about the expansion of
Google
Health into the storage of individual health records.
One useful by-product of people's being able to put their
health
records on Google's servers is that it would flag up a
proportion
of those who are truly bonkers.
