Update() method fails inexplicably

Unless, of course, your question is how do I remove a field
value on a multi
attribute field.  In which case I must say, this looks like
a bug to me
because I don't see a removefieldValue function on the
entry object.  If
indeed you're trying to remove the value by setting it to
an empty string,
rather than replace it with another string,  I'm going to
have to ask the
guys who wrote the ucs control (or you may find somebody on
the ucs list who
knows).   Let me know if I finally understand the problem.
