Does anyone know of a way to encode image sequences to wmv
using the WM encoder?
Thanks,

I think (I have not done this) but if you setup your encode to use the WMV Image Codec, then add a series of JPG’s as your source (file) those JPEG’;s will be setup as different source files. Then you just do the compression and switch source inputs when you want to go to the next JPEG.
That should work.
