Problem with phpDocumentor on mac os x Server10.4

Hi,

 

I’ve having trouble generating doc on Mac OS X server 10.4.

When I’m generating the doc on windows, it works well and gives me the Descriptions, Class, Function and Files sub menus (http://aptic.ulaval.ca/~jp/articles/phpDoc_normal.png ), but when I’m generating it on Mac OS X, only the Descriptions and Files submenus appear (http://aptic.ulaval.ca/~jp/articles/phpDoc_macosx.png ).

 

Here are the output generated by PhpDocumentor/docbuilder/builder.php for the normal version, generated on windows:

Did someone know why those differences exist? I was thinking about the different CR an LF for the end line format, but php should be able to manage that transparently.

 

Please, if someone knows how; give me a hint, because I think phpDocumentor is a very good peace of software.
