I'm understanding the difference between path and url, but
when I asked my host for "path" thats what they
gave me :( 

Should I be editing the header.inc.php file further or just
take it as its created?

then they made a mistake, that path should have
/mounted-storage in front of it.

you can edit it manually if you understand the settings, but
that's
not recommended.
