Should have good communication and presentation skills.
Exposure on client interaction and management would be an added advantage.
Process:
All candidates will undergo a preliminary test. This test will be for 1 hour, and will cover the following sections:
1 Numerical Ability
2 Analytical Ability
3 Core Java Programming Skills and OOPS
4 J2EE /JSPProgramming Skills, Frameworks and Patterns
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a technical interview.
This will be followed by an HR interview.
