We ran into a problem a while back and noticed that there is
no support
for machines whose architecture is "ia32e".  These
machines are actually
x86_64, so this requires a change to the archtab.  A patch
is attached.

We made a whole bunch of changes to make current work in our
environment
and I'm going back through the code and finding relevant
patches.  I'll
be posting them to this list for possible inclusion in
current mainline.
