patch: xmlrpc Null handler
|
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1
Another something that we ran into was that somehow Nulls
were getting
passed back through the xmlrpc handler in the dumpFile
routine. This
has to do with how the DB code dumps NULL data out from a
query, but it
could just as well happen with any other DB code, too.
Normally, this
wouldn't be too much of a big deal, but the xmlrpc code is
rather
unforgiving about Nulls being passed around and you will get
some really
nasty error messages on the client side unless you take care
of the
Nulls. Essentially, we're just converting NULL into a
zero-length string.
