This error:

bash: ./hello.py: /usr/bin/env: bad interpreter: Permission
denied

Means exactly that "/usr/bin/env is not a balid
interpreter, because you don't have permission to
execute it".

Gives us the output of the "id" command, and ls -l
/usr/bin/env, of course, run the "id" command
from the user you were logged in when trying the hello.py
script.
