I managed to get rid of SSL errors, and run:

configure --with-qt=/usr/local/qt
--with-openssl=/usr/local/ssl
make

Environment settings are:
QTDIR=/usr/local/qt
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/qt/lib:/usr/local/ssl/lib

/usr/local/qt/bin is in the PATH.
QT is 3.3.8
I'm not sure what else is missing, but the moc isn't
generated at all. The
error is as following:
