Thanks - these aren't quite what I was after - however from
the 
changelog with those kernels, it looks like Vivek Goyal 
<vgoyalredhat.com> is currently the RHEL4 kernel RPM
maintainer - so 
going to <http://people.re
dhat.com/vgoyal/> gives 
<http://peop
le.redhat.com/vgoyal/rhel4> - which is exactly what
I'm 
after ...

Not at the moment - in the past I've used these RPMS to
extract a patch 
to support hardware that is newer than the current released
kernel - 
e.g. I did this to get a newer forcedeth driver for
CentOS4.4 (at the time).
