The last missing binary for ppc/darwin has just been
uploaded.  (Thanks 
to Carl for getting me a 19e-pre2 build and thanks to Hans
Hubner for 
providing me access to a ppc/darwin machine on which I could
do the 
final build!)

With this binary, everything is now in place.

If Eric has the time, I would appreciate if he could make
the 
announcements in the appropriate places.  If not, I'll do it
shortly.
