This *looks* awfully like:

a. You're abusing forms as a navigational system, you shouldn't do such
things. Even if you are, or are not, there are, most likely, are better
ways to do what you're doing.

b. When using images, it's the co-ordinates that convey the information
about the user clicking on them. You appear to be parsing for the wrong
data.
