First try to update the firmware (www.hp.com, under other operating systems)
and if nothing then replacement of the scanner is next.

Before replacing the document scanner, I would open it up and clean it.

I cleaned it but nothing, just only move a very little the scanner
and stop, and the panel say coping..... any idea.
