I need to clarify. We do it through 3rd party contracts now, but, it keeps us "in the Dell loop".
Yeah, every OEM now wants us to put up front 3 grand or buy that much in parts, charge for training to maintain THEIR hardware and keep THEIR buyers content, and pay us $25 dollars for an hours work. Guess they had to make up the difference somehow between lowering the cost of end items and charging exuberant prices for supplies
