Who was it that is a toner rebuilder?

Someone back some time ago stated they regularly rebuild toner carts for
laserjets and such - need to get with that person off list about some
prices. Would rather do business with a mom/pop shop that does quality
rather than a large corporate with questionable citizenship of it's workers.
